About Knox

Knox Findata (Pty) Ltd provides payroll savings assessment and review services for cleaning businesses in South Africa.

The assessment and how the service works

• A prospective client completes a free Payroll Savings Assessment.
• Knox uses the answers to determine whether the business fits the profile for further assessment.
• Where appropriate, the business may be invited to a Payroll Savings Call.
• Knox may then review relevant payroll information to identify whether there is a legitimate, implementable payroll saving.
• If an opportunity is identified, Knox explains what was found, what it could mean financially, and what would need to happen to implement it correctly.
• The client decides whether to proceed.

The initial assessment is free. The assessment is built and processed through GoHighLevel / VanX.

Assessment limitations

• The assessment is an initial screening tool. Completing it does not guarantee that your business qualifies for further assessment.
• Qualification does not guarantee that a saving will ultimately be identified.
• Any potential saving is subject to a detailed review, employee-level eligibility, applicable requirements and correct implementation.
• Results are based on the information you supply and may change if that information is incomplete or inaccurate.
• Knox does not guarantee that a saving will be identified, the amount of any saving, or any particular increase in take-home pay.

No saving, no fee

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information in the assessment and in any subsequent review.
• Tell us promptly if information you have provided changes or was incorrect.
• Only submit information about your business, your employees and your payroll that you are entitled to share.
• Remain responsible for your own tax, payroll and statutory obligations, including your obligations to SARS.

Service agreements

These terms govern use of the website and provide the general terms for the assessment. If you proceed to implementation or any other paid service, a separate written service agreement or engagement document may apply. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement governs for that specific service relationship.

Not professional advice

Content on this website, the assessment and any results are provided for general information. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and Knox does not replace your accountant, auditor or other professional advisers. Knox does not guarantee any particular tax outcome or the acceptance of any position by SARS. You should obtain your own professional advice before acting on any information provided.

Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it to submit false, misleading or unlawful information. We may suspend or end your access to the website if you breach these terms.
